Brief Bio
Liliana Enciso obtained the Engineering degree in Systems and Master of Science in Engineering, with specialization in Networks and Intellectual and Computing Systems. Is Master in Technologies and Computer Science and a PhD in informatic by Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. She is a professor researcher of the Computer Science and Electronics Department (DCSE). Is reviewer in journals ISI, Scopus, Latindex and IEEE. Her research interests focus on safety and quality of service of Mobile Networks, Internet of Things, Smart services, Network Communications on Smart Environment, Mobile applications for education, Technology in education, Innovate Pedagogic, New learning Methodologies . In this areas of knowledge, she has published scientific papers in different international journals and conferences. Currently she is the Director of the Group Research Educational Technology Innovation of the University Technical of Loja.

SCOPE

Aims to be a premier venue to gather researchers and practitioners that allow them build connections between different digital applications. This special session offers a meeting opportunity for academics and researchers belonging to the communities of Educación, Pedagogy, Technology, E-learning to discuss new joint areas. It aims at identifying the key challenges faced by the Educational Technological Innovation (2ETI 2019) community, discussing the solutions and underlining the opportunities emerging from the interdisciplinary interactions.
