Brief Bio
Joaquim B L Filipe is currently a Coordinator Professor of the School of Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (EST-Setúbal), Portugal. He got his PhD at the School of Computing of Staffordshire University, U.K, in 2000.
His main areas of research involve Artificial Intelligence and Multi-Agent System theory and applications to different domains, with an emphasis on social issues in activity coordination, especially in organizational modelling and simulation, where he has been actively involved in several R&D projects, including national and international programs. He represented EST-Setúbal in
several European projects.
He has over 200 publications, including papers in conferences and journals, edited books, and conference proceedings. He started several conference series, sponsored by INSTICC and technically co-sponsored or in cooperation with major International Associations.
He took part in over 100 conference and workshop program committees and he is on the editorial board of a Springer book series.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Decker is Professor of Databases and Information Systems at RWTH Aachen University and Managing Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology in Birlinghoven.Previously, he was Professor of Digital Enterprise at the National University of Ireland, Galway, Director of the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI) and the Insight Center in Galway, Ireland, ResearchAssistant Professor at the Information Sciences Institute of the University of Southern California, USA, and held research positions at Stanford University and the University of Karlsruhe (now KIT).He is an el

Francisco José Dominguez Mayo received his Ph.D. in Software Engineering by the University of Seville, Spain in 2013. Since 2008, He has been a lecturer and a researcher in the Department of Computer Languages and Systems at the University of Seville. His lines of interesting research are plotted in the areas of Software Engineering, Software Quality, Model-Driven Development and Web Engineering. He also collaborates with public and private companies in projects about testing and software quality.

Massimo Marchiori is Professor at the University of Padua (Italy) and Technical Director of the European Institute for Science, Media and Democracy (Belgium). Working at MIT (USA) he led the development of several world standards, like P3P (web privacy), XQuery (semi-structured information) and OWL (web reasoning).
Among others, he created Hypersearch (Google's forerunner), Volunia (the next-generation social search engine), Negapedia (the negative version of Wikipedia).
